Carwash Fundraiser for Cancer Research
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Supporters of the Steven G. AYA Cancer Research Fund, which was created in honor of Westlake cancer survivor Steven Giallourakis, will join the staff at #1 Express Carwash to help celebrate their 10-year anniversary by holding a fundraiser to support research for adolescent and young adult cancer.
Weather permitting, the supporters will wipe out door jambs, vacuum carpets & mats and polish windows and mirrors after your carwash and will be accepting donations. Proceeds will be used for funding to support AYA Cancer Survivors to participate in clinical trials throughout the country, including the University Hospitals AYA Cancer Initiative.

Westlake Historical Society Spring Yard Sale

This annual event features classy cast-offs, no longer needed knick knacks, and will be sure to offer
a variety of items for any buyer. Please call the society for more information: 440-808-1961.
Letters of of donation (for tax purposes) are available upon request, and the deadline for donations is Friday, May 11. Anyone with donations should contact Lysa at the Westlake Historical Society at 440-808-1961. You may also email westlakehistory@yahoo.com.
The proceeds from the sale will go towards maintenance and preservation costs at the Clague House Museum.

The Fine Wine and Tobacco is hosting a wine tasting featuring great wines California. We will be pouring seven wines from the most celebrated appellations. We will learn about the wines, and the story behind them from Jeff. He will be able to answer any questions you may have.
The tasting will be a very fun, educational and social event.
The cost is only $15 and includes great appetizers.
