Bay Village Memorial Day Parade
8:45 AM
The parade departs from Huntington Park at 8:45 a.m. and marches to Lakeside Cemetery for a brief ceremony. The parade continues to Cahoon Park, where there will be a ceremony and speakers. The parade is organized by the American Legion Post 385 with assistance from VVA Chapter 249 and VFW Post 9693. Contact John Solomon at 440-725-7211 with questions.

Westlake Memorial Day Parade

Village Foundation Bronze Plaque Ceremony
10:30 AM
An annual ceremony to install and dedicate permanent bronze plaques honoring four outstanding Bay residents. This year the nominees are: James C. Redinger, Elizabeth R. Martin, Joan Hirsh and Miriam and Ivan Shepard. The Bay High String Quartet, under the direction of Ms. Carrie Singular, will play and tenor Troy Ayers II will sing. The Foundation will also announce the winners of two scholarships and will award four community grants during the program.
