Fall Kids' Resale
8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
The sale features gently used baby and children’s clothing (sizes newborn to 14/16), baby items, toys and games, books, and large items such as strollers, cribs, high chairs and outdoor play items. Admission is $5 from 8-9 a.m. and $1 from 9 a.m. to noon.

It's a great place for parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends, neighbors and baby sitters to pick up gently used items for children. Shoppers with strollers are welcome!

Greening of Bay Sneak Peak

The Bay Village Garden Club will have samples of the arrangements being made for this year's Greening of Bay at the Bay Cares Fall Fest. You can begin to plan what you would like to create for yourself or for a gift. Greening this year takes place on Dec. 2 and 3.

Bay Cares Fall Fest

Looking to volunteer in and around Bay Village, or just want to learn more about our civic groups? Stop by the Bay Cares Fall Fest for a fun, family-friendly outing and learn about the many community organizations that help to make Bay the great city that it is. This indoor/outdoor event will feature free refreshments, kids crafts, music and tables with representatives of Bay's civic organizations. Free and open to the public, presented by the Westlake | Bay Village Observer and the Bay Village Branch Library.

Taking the Battle Out of Homework

Is homework an ongoing battle in your house? Does your child’s homework cause you stress? Do you wish your child would complete homework without you having to supervise? Join Terri McNeely, MEd, BS, State Certified Special Education Teacher, of The Child & Family Counseling Center of Westlake, as she provides tips to help parents reduce the daily stress of homework and end homework battles. McNeely will suggest ways to help your child make the best use of his or her time and learn effective organizational techniques. This talk is targeted at elementary and preteen students.
