Stop by this fun, family-friendly event and learn about the many community organizations that help to make Bay the great city that it is. Featuring free refreshments, kids crafts, live music and tables with representatives of Bay's civic organizations. Presented by the Westlake | Bay Village Observer and the Bay Village Branch Library.
