Family History Conference

The 13th Annual Genealogy Conference, "How Can You Find Your Ancestors," will offer classes such as: Quilt Your Family History, Google Earth, Old & New Germanic Research, and Italian Research. All classes taught by experienced genealogists. Please register at https://goo.gl/yPe8zG. A nominal fee of $5 for a syllabus of classes (to cover the cost of printing), if you so choose.

Westlake Historical Society Annual Spring Yard Sale
9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Our Spring Yard Sale is one that can't be missed. This sale is always a crowd pleaser. We are still taking donations; call 216-848-0680. We are happy to pick up your donated items. Receipts for tax purposes are available.
Donuts and coffee will be available. The proceeds benefit children's programs and day-to-day expenses of the museum.

Cleveland Philharmonic Orchestra Concert
7:30 PM
Under the direction of Victor Liva, conductor, the orchestra will play Korngold's Cello Concerto and Shostakovich's Symphony no. 10. The featured soloist in the cello concerto is Henry Shapard, the winner of this year's Frieda Schumacher Young Artist competition. Tickets are $12 for adults, $8 for seniors and $6 for students. Westlake students may attend for free with their school IDs. This performance is funded through a public grant from Cuyahoga Arts and Culture.
