From Mozart to Malloy: The West Shore Chorale’s 50th Anniversary Concert
7:30 PM - 9:00 PM
The West Shore Chorale & Orchestra and student singers from local high schools will present this celebration concert featuring Mozart’s "Requiem" and the world premiere of the newly commissioned, "Dewdrops (A Requiem)" by Dave Malloy. A Lakewood High School grad and multi-talented performer/musician, Dave is a Tony-nominated composer who’s written 11 musicals, including the hit Broadway electropop opera, "Natasha, Pierre & the Great Comet of 1812." John Drotleff will conduct and a reception will follow. Concert tickets are $15, students free. Purchase at the door, online at www.westshorechorale.org or call 216-373-7773.

This concert is part of a 50th Anniversary weekend with Dave Malloy, including a free and open Meet the Composer session at noon on April 28 at Magnificat.
