BV Community Garden -- Week 1

This will be my first year in the community garden and I'm really excited! I don't have much experience gardening, so this will be interesting.

Here are the first pictures of my baby seeds on the day I planted them. I'm starting some plants indoors, and for others I'll sow the seeds directly into the outdoor soil.

File comment: I planted cilantro, parsley, jalepeno & cayenne peppers, Roma tomatoes, iceberg lettuce, scallions and marigold seeds in this tray. (I ran out of markers halfway through.)

File comment: I found this seed starter kit at Marc's and I thought I'd give it a try. It has everything you need to grow cucumbers. We'll see.

I'll post more pictures and updates as things start growing. I hope other gardeners will post their updates, gardening tips and advice, tool!!
