Pulling together for Ronald McDonald House

We wish to thank all of you who have saved the pull tabs from aluminum cans for Ronald McDonald House. We wanted you to know how great the impact is from such a small effort. The results are astonishing!

Last year, Cleveland’s House made over $9,000. Considering it’s money earned from trash, how special is that?

Here's how it works: The tabs collected are recycled and top dollar is paid to Ronald McDonald House by a very special recycling company. All you need to do is collect your tabs in a container in a convenient place like by the fridge. Then deliver them to any Ronald McDonald House. Mailing is not an option due to the cost. You can also drop them at one of the following Westlake locations:

  • Westlake Porter Public Library, 27333 Center Ridge Rd.
  • Corporate College (Java Restaurant), 25425 Center Ridge Rd.
  • West Shore YMCA, 1575 Columbia Rd.

The money helps fill the needs of out of town families who have children in the hospital. Ronald McDonald House is a very special place, full of love and caring.  Every need of the families is taken care of including food, shelter, friendship and support. The compassionate crew of staff and volunteers give harmony and hope during a difficult time.

The top fundraiser for the Ronald McDonald House residents is collection of pull tabs from aluminum cans (pop, beer, soup, etc). Please help make a difference for families staying at Ronald McDonald House. Please consider collecting in your home, workplace or school. Just think of how great the impact can be from such a small effort.
