Celebrate 10 years of memories at the Bay Village Family Aquatic Center!

It’s been another awesome summer at the Bay Village Recreation Department! Whether it was playing summer sports or hanging out at the pool, everyone was keeping busy and having fun. Before saying goodbye to summer 2012, we have some celebrating to do. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Family Aquatic Center! On Saturday, Sept. 1, we will celebrate this milestone with an all-day party at the pool! Check out the details below, we hope to see everyone there!

Saturday, Sept. 1, noon-9 p.m.

Come celebrate 10 years of summer fun and memories at the pool! There will be plenty to do including contests, games, music and much, much more!

Here’s a look at some of our upcoming programs…

Youth Girls Volleyball League, Grades 4-8

Practices begin the week of Sept. 10; games are held Saturdays, Sept. 15-Nov. 10. Deadline to register is Sept. 1 ($10 late fee after). Learn the fundamentals of volleyball in a fun recreational environment. Teams practice for one hour per week and games will be played on Saturdays. Volunteer parent coaches are needed for this program!

Flag Football, Grades 1-4

Games are held Saturdays, Sept. 15-Oct. 27. Deadline to register is Aug. 24 ($10 late fee after). Nothing says fall quite like football! Join in on our flag football program and learn the basics. Parent volunteer coaches are needed for this program!
