The universe is calling you on the World Day of Prayer
As we listen to the Universe, we are lifted to new heights of awareness and understanding. You can unite with people all over the world responding to the call of the Universe to let go and let God!
On Sept. 13, Unity Spiritual Center will join Silent Unity – an international, interdenominational, 24/7 prayer ministry – and spiritual communities worldwide for the 19th annual Unity World Day of Prayer.
Unity World Day of Prayer unites people of all faiths in prayer for the well being of one another and our world. This year's theme is "The Universe is Calling," which is drawn from the classic book by the late Reverend Eric Butterworth.
"Butterworth reminds us that when we connect with the creative flow of God within us, we tap into infinite wisdom and unlimited good," said Lynne Brown, vice president of Silent Unity.
At Unity Spiritual Center, 23855 Detroit Rd. in Westlake, the World Day of Prayer begins at 7 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 13, with Opening Prayers followed by hourly on-the-hour interfaith prayers and the Daily Word will be read hourly from at 7:15 a.m. until 6:15 p.m.
Especially on this day, come to Unity and visit the Meditation Garden and our Labyrinth – become a part of nature on our beautiful campus where you are always welcome any day of the year. Connect with the Universe here! Whether you have all day or just a few moments to relish the quiet and the beauty, you are welcome here!
Prayer, meditation and music will enfold you in the World Day of Prayer Evening Celebration beginning at 7 p.m., a perfect conclusion to the World Day of Prayer.
Join Unity Spiritual Center Sept. 13 for the World Day of Prayer. This day is also the kickoff of our annual Fall Program where you can learn "How to Pray Without Talking to God." Learn more at www.unityspiritualcenter.com or call Kathy Lowery at 440-835-0400 for more information.
