Kids learn how to snack healthy at Bay Library

Children ages five years and up can celebrate Presidents Day with Patricia O’Donnell from the local Earth Fare grocery store in Fairview Park. She will share fun ways to eat healthy by learning how to make simple snacks at different stations such as trail mix, fruit kebobs and celery with hummus.

Mark the date, Monday, Feb. 18, from 11 a.m. to noon. Registration is required and a parent/guardian must sign a release form before the program which can be picked up at the children’s desk. This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Bay Village Library.

Earth Fare is one of the largest natural food retailers in the nation, with a mission to make healthy eating convenient, affordable, fun and – of course – delicious!  They are taking their eating healthy philosophy out into the community by offering programs to local schools and libraries.
