Bay Music Boosters coming soon to your door

Bay Music Boosters will hold their annual Door-to-Door Membership Drive on Thursday, Aug. 15, from 4 to 8 p.m.

Bay  High School students who are in the Marching Band, Orchestra and Rockettes will be going door to door asking Bay Village residents to support them through purchasing a membership or by making any monetary donation. All donations are greatly appreciated and are tax-deductible.

Last year's funding was used to purchase uniforms, racks and boxes for the Marching Band hats and Hooplas for the Rockettes. Food for the Marching Band and Rockettes was provided at home games by the Boosters. They also provided funds for contest fees, instrument repairs and purchases, instrumental technician fees for the various programs and they also awarded College and Summer Camp Scholarships to select participating students.

The Membership Drive is the main fundraiser that helps support all the wonderful music programs offered throughout all of Bay schools.

Marching Band and Orchestra students will be dressed in their blue polos and the Rockettes will be in their uniforms during the Membership Drive. If you are not home, a flyer will be left in your door. You can also visit the website at www.baymusicboosters.com for more information and to access the membership flyer.
