Addiction awareness community forum Sept. 28
Families Anonymous meets at CrossPointe Community, 1800 Columbia Road in Westlake, every Sunday evening at 5:30 pm. As a result of ongoing support to families in the area caught in the chaos of addiction, Jeff Wilkins, along with a steering committee of concerned citizens, is offering a community forum. The forum, scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 28, 1-4 p.m., will include resource speakers from various agencies and ministries in Westlake and the surrounding communities on the westside of Cuyahoga County. The forum will include a time for Q&A.
We realize the need is great. There are those in the Westlake Families Anonymous support group whose adult children have died as a result of addiction. These individuals, along with others in the group, desire to expand the reach of support to more and more families.
If you are actively involved in providing support and care to families caught in addiction and would like to be involved in the Sept. 28 forum please contact Jeff at email@example.com.
If you have questions or would like more information please email Jeff at firstname.lastname@example.org. You are more than welcome to participate in Westlake Families Anonymous, Sundays, 5:30 p.m., at CrossPointe Community.
I pastor CrossPointe Community. Camille and I came to Westlake, April 2001. We are convinced of God's calling to the Westlake and surrounding communities. We are grateful for living in such a beautiful place with wonderful people. We think Cleveland gets a bad rap. Our greatest joy is passionately loving God and genuinely loving people. Through Families Anonymous which meets at CrossPointe, Sundays at 5:30 PM, lives of parents and adult children are experiencing much needed support with a positive impact and real life change. Thank you for your consideration. I really like the Observer and originally connected at the Westlake Rec Center following a swim a month ago. God bless you all.
