Hospice volunteer education series

Hospice of the Western Reserve is offering their free volunteer education series on three Saturdays in October and November. Volunteers interested in working with patients should attend all three sessions, while volunteering in non-patient areas and teen volunteering requires only attendance at the first class. The sessions will be hold on Oct. 26, 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., and Nov. 2 and 9, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., at Hospice of the Western Reserve, 29101 Health Campus Drive, Westlake. Anyone 13 years of age or older interested in making a difference in the lives of others is welcome to attend this training. Classes are offered at other times and days throughout the year.
