Learn how to use emotions for personal and professional success
Learn how to regulate your own emotions, manage them in others and make decisions based upon them in an Emotional Intelligence Workshop at Westlake Porter Public Library on Wednesday, Oct. 22, from 7-8:30 p.m. The workshop will be presented by Kitty Brandal, Ph.D., of Corporate Compass.
Attendees will learn why emotional intelligence is important for businesses, the relationship between leadership and emotional intelligence, how to increase emotional intelligence, and how the brain and emotional intelligence relate. This fun, insightful and educational course will include exercises, so come prepared for hands-on learning.
Dr. Brandal is an independent trainer with 20 years of experience teaching and training in the corporate and military sectors. She has a doctorate on organizational management and leadership, a graduate degree in management, and an undergraduate degree in organizational behavior.
