Need help with energy bills?

Dwyer Center is offering Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) counseling to residents on Jan. 26

Attention seniors and adults with disabilities: You may qualify for assistance with paying your gas and electric bills. Make an appointment to meet with a member of the Cuyahoga County Division of Senior and Adult Services on Monday, Jan. 26, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., at the Dwyer Senior Center, 300 Bryson Lane, Bay Village.

You must pre-schedule to attend by calling 440-835-6565.

Please bring the following copied documents with you:

  • Monthly Social Security/pension income
  • Photo ID
  • Utility bills
  • Supplemental insurance payment receipt
  • Social Security and Medicare cards

The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) may be able to help by reducing your heating bill and/or a setting amount to be paid each month based on your income.
