Porter Library has holiday gifts galore
The Friends of Porter Library will auction off 18 decorated wreaths and trees in the library's lobby. Silent bidding is open through Dec. 12.
Friends of Westlake Porter Public Library will offer two opportunities this month to take care of some holiday shopping while supporting the library. Through Saturday, Dec. 12, a selection of festive, decorated wreaths and miniature trees will be on display in the library’s lobby and available for bidding in a silent auction. Each item was created and donated by library patrons, and would make a lovely gift or accent to your seasonal home decor.
Portables Gift Shop, also located in the library’s lobby, will hold an open house and jewelry event on Saturday, Dec. 5, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., and Sunday, Dec. 6, 1-4 p.m., featuring unique jewelry, purses, wraps, gifts and more. All proceeds from the auction and gift shop support Porter Library events and programming.
