Free blood pressure talk at Porter Library

A free presentation on high blood pressure will take place Thursday, Aug. 4, 7 p.m. at Westlake Porter Public Library. The program presentation is being sponsored by Joshua Tree Senior Living in North Olmsted and in conjunction with the WestShore Lions Club monthly meeting.

Tom Strong, a noted medical lecturer and patient advocate, will be explain non-medical strategies to help reduce and manage blood pressure. Registration is not required, and session will take place shortly after the WestShore Lions Club meeting, with a question and answer period scheduled to follow the informative talk.

The WestShore Lions Club is a non-profit service organization serving the communities of Bay Village, Westlake and North Olmsted. It is through their membership that people not only help those in need, but have opportunities to develop personal friendships and gain valuable leadership skills.
