Bay Theater takes first step to next level

Our fundraising efforts in 2018 center around our “Taking Theater To The Next Level” campaign.

In an effort to increase the quality of our productions and give the audience a more enjoyable and enriching experience watching live theater, Bay Village Community Theater is raising funds to purchase a portable stage to improve patrons' ability to see clearly when attending our shows at Parkside Hall behind St. Barnabas Episcopal Church.

The plan is to purchase sections of the modular stage system as we can afford them.

Thanks to the support of the Bay Village Foundation, we were able to make our first major purchase and complete phase one of our project. We have acquired 90 square feet of stage platform that will be incorporated into the set of this fall's production of “War of the Worlds: The Panic Broadcast” by Joe Landry.

If you are interested in seeing the full proposal, it is available on our blog at baytheater.org along with a link to purchase tickets for our upcoming show and information on getting promotional T-shirts.
