William Perry appointed to Porter Library board of trustees

Westlake resident William Perry has been appointed to the Westlake Porter Public Library board of trustees. Perry replaces Audrey Forrest, who stepped down earlier this year. He will fulfill her term which expires in December 2025.

Perry is an attorney who owns and operates an independent law practice in Westlake. Prior to receiving his Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law he was a PR/communications specialist at Progressive Insurance. Perry received a Bachelor of Arts from Cleveland State University.

A fan of libraries in general, and WPPL in particular, serving as a trustee is Perry’s way of giving back to the library that has given him and his family so much over the years. He plans to use his strengths in business management, law/government, fundraising, marketing/PR and strategic planning to help ensure that WPPL continues to be an important community hub for years to come.
