Stars, shining messengers of
Light, harbingers of safety
This cold, cold, night.

Allowing the Magi
So long ago a
Special sign,

Leading their way
To a humble stable
And a child so divine.

As we celebrate Christmas
In this troubled world,
Pray that we might find

Peace and harmony,
Acceptance for all.
Extend your heart, your hands

To others in need,
To those unlike ourselves,
Be kind.
