Coldwell Banker Hunter Realty opens flagship office in Westlake

Westlake Mayor Dennis Clough joined the West Shore Chamber of Commerce to participate in a ribbon cutting and grand opening party for the new Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realty office last month. Invited guests participated in group tours of the office in The Atrium building on Detroit Road and enjoyed a champagne toast and catered buffet.

Coldwell Banker Schmidt Family of Companies merged operations with Coldwell Banker Hunter Realty in January 2015 and this marks the second namesake office in Westlake this month. This location will be home to the Relocation Department, Luxury Division, Commercial Division, Corporate Administration and the Westlake agent base.

Felicia Hengle, President of Ohio Operations, said, “What’s appealing about Westlake is both the business and residential economic development that has taken place over the past several years.
