Westlake themed items make your holiday bright

The  holiday shopping season has begun! Often, consumers are asked to shop locally during this time of year; what is more local than your Westlake Historical Society?

The historical society has a number of items that are fun, interesting and celebrate Westlake's proud history. There are several choices that cover everything from historical coloring books, to several Cat's Meow replicas of local buildings such as the Clague House Museum, Lilly Weston House, and the vintage fire truck (circa 1937).

The society also has a very limited edition Christmas tree ornament that features an image of the Clague House Museum. In addition to ornaments, note cards, dolls and jewelry, we also offer a unique print (signed and numbered) of the historic Clague House that is suitable for framing.

We trust you will find all of our items to be reasonably priced for your holiday gift giving. Gift wrapping and delivery (in time for Christmas) is also available. Memberships to the historical society also make wonderful gifts.

Each year our team of elves assemble to cut your holiday stress by wrapping your gifts. Please call us for more details on how we can help you get your gifts wrapped, ready and under the tree by Dec. 23.

Our Sensory Santa will also visit the Clague House this season. Please call Lysa at the Clague Museum for details.

Also, please don't forget that "Pet Photos with Santa" are happening on Wednesday, Dec. 4, 6-9 p.m., and Saturday, Dec. 7, noon-5:30 p.m.

For more information, please contact the society at westlakehistory@yahoo.com or call 216-848-0680.
