Porter Library's huge annual book sale

The Annual Book Sale presented by The Friends of Porter Public Library will run from Feb. 6-9.  We have three rooms filled to the brim with books we have been saving for a year – fiction for $1, thousands of children's books from $.50, non-fiction for $1 and special priced, DVDs for $2, CDs and audiobooks for $1, and much more.

Check out our large selection of leather-bound classics in our special-priced books section. We also have a silent auction of very special books in the showcase in the lobby of the library. Many books about Cleveland and our sports teams, plus books signed by their authors. Bids for the silent auction items will be taken until 3:00 on Feb. 9. No phone bids, please.  

General sale hours are Thursday, Feb. 6, 9:30 a.m.-8 p.m., and Friday, Feb. 7, 9:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Half-price sale is Saturday, Feb. 8, 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. The $2 bag sale is Sunday, Feb. 9, 1:15-4 p.m. We supply the bags. You fill them to the brim.  

New this year, credit cards will be accepted.
