Hausmann was one of 24 district leaders in the country honored, selected for her use of communication technology in innovative and effective ways. Only one other Ohio superintendent made the list, Tracy Wheeler from Berea City School District.

NSPRA has been providing school communication training, products and services to school leaders throughout the United States, Canada and the U.S. Dept. of Defense Education Activity schools worldwide since 1935.
