Westlake celebrates residents age 90 and older

  • Brother and sister Fred Smith and Lois Durst received proclamations signed by Mayor Clough.

  • Emory Crowder, informally known as the "Mayor of Canterbury Estates," received a proclamation signed by Mayor Clough.

  • Jube McBurney, a regular fixture at the Community Services Center before the pandemic, received a proclamation signed by Mayor Clough.

  • Westlake Outreach Coordinator Donna Feorene presented a proclamation and cupcake to Alice McCarthy, an active volunteer and Community Services Center patron prior to the pandemic.

  • Elsie Cornelius, a frequent patron of the City's Senior Transportation Program, received a cupcake and a proclamation signed by Mayor Clough.
