Westlake Porter Public Library seeking input in space planning process

Westlake Porter Public Library is engaging in a new space planning process. One of the goals of WPPL’s most recent strategic plan is to form a long-term space plan, which examines the current and future uses of the library.

WPPL is working on this project with Bialosky, a multidisciplinary design firm comprised of architects, engineers, interior designers, graphic designers, planners and strategists.

Beginning Aug. 28 and running until Sept. 4, patrons are invited to provide input that will help guide our plans for the future of the library building.

While participation can take place anytime that week, architects from Bialosky will be present for this space planning visioning engagement on Saturday, Aug. 28, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; Tuesday, Aug. 31, from 9 to 11 a.m.; and Wednesday, Sept. 1, from 2 to 4 p.m.

All sessions will be open-house style and community members are welcome to drop in at any time during the scheduled sessions. Participation takes only a few minutes.
