Herb Guild announces 2022 scholarship winners
The Herb Guild Garden Club held its 36th annual scholarship luncheon on Aug. 3. Two area students received scholarships, both of whom were present at the luncheon to receive them.
Haley Viskocil is a graduate of Lake Ridge Academy in North Ridgeville and will be attending Ohio University. She will major in Environmental Science. Maxwell McNeil is a graduate of St. Ignatius High School in Cleveland. He will be attending Penn State University and will be pursuing a Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture. Both are looking forward to attending college this fall.
This year's luncheon was a huge success after a two-year hiatus due to Covid. Thank you to everyone who attended and made these scholarships available. Plans are in the making for next year's luncheon and the date will be announced at a later time.
