Be a part of 'A Night for Nature' on April 28
Be a part of A Night for Nature, a brand new event to benefit Lake Erie Nature & Science Center’s programs on Friday, April 28, at 6 p.m.
Enjoy up-close encounters with animal ambassadors, see the planetarium, and learn how the Center’s animal programs and wildlife rehabilitation efforts connect people to the natural world. The evening will feature live presentations and opportunities to support programs through mobile giving.
Proceeds from this event will help Lake Erie Nature & Science Center provide wildlife rehabilitation services and engaging programs for children and families with a collection of live native animals, a dual-projector domed planetarium, and an accessible destination where indoor and outdoor exhibits are enjoyed at no charge. Lake Erie Nature & Science Center serves more than 100,000 people annually as a nonprofit organization supported by contributions, grants, class fees, and this new special event.
Tickets cost $150 per person and include passed hors d’oeuvres, wine and beer, and a three-course dinner. A portion of the ticket price for A Night for Nature is tax deductible. To purchase tickets, www.lensc.org/special-events or contact Diane Metzger at 440-471-8354.
