Porter opens Free Little Art Gallery
Westlake Porter Public Library introduced a new Free Little Art Gallery inside the library.
Similar to the free little libraries concept, people of all ages and abilities can make small pieces of art and place them in the gallery, or they may take a piece of art, or both.
