Meet the Candidates, Bay Village School Board: Patrick Mosier
I am running for an open seat on the Bay Village School Board and am asking for your support. My family and I have called Bay Village home for over 27 years. I am the proud father of three Bay High School graduates, all of whom have chosen to stay in Bay Village after college.
This is a special community; and it would be my privilege to keep Bay Village the unique community that we all love. Bay Village Schools has a long legacy of providing excellent education and experiences for our children, our grandchildren, and our entire community. Maintaining that quality is a responsibility and a challenge, a challenge that I am excited to accept.
For over 20 years, I have been dedicated to serving the community of Bay Village and its schools. Whether it was volunteering to coach my son’s soccer team or leading the Kiwanis club through Bay Days and Christmas tree sales, I have not wavered in my commitment to improving the lives of Bay Village children and residents. I understand the challenges of maintaining high quality education while being mindful of fiscal realities.
As a member of the school’s strategic vision committee, I was able to help forge our school vision that has since been transformed into a five-year strategic plan for the district. I will work to help provide our children the education and opportunities they need to be successful in their endeavors and to help them become great members of this or any community. I am also committed to providing our teachers with tools and resources needed to continue our great academic legacy. I look forward to working with our school administrators and board members for the betterment of our children.
Thank you for your support.
