Help wanted: Zombie wannabes

If you are a teen in grades 6-12 and are looking for a fun, part-time volunteer opportunity, this is your chance of a lifetime! The Round T.A.B.L.E. group at the Bay Village Branch Library is looking for a few good volunteers who would like to make the world a better place… and have some fun along the way!

The first meeting will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 11, at 3:30 p.m. where we will plan our Read-to-a-Zombie project that will take place at the library’s Second Annual Zombie Party in October. We will also look at planning other at projects that will benefit the library, the community and maybe even help people in other countries.

If you ever felt like you wanted to make a difference but didn’t know how, this is the group for you! Permission forms are available at the reference desk at time of registration for snacks and must be signed by a parent; food allergies should be noted. A separate form will need to be signed in October if you are having the zombie make-up professionally applied at the library. So stop lurking around and join the fun!
